Troubleshooting Outlook Email Setup

To get to Outlook settings click on File Tab on the top left hand corner of Outlook.
Choose Account Settings
Double-click on your email address / account

1. Please check your password
2. Please use the entire email address as your username
3. Please uncheck Secure Password Authentication


Click on More Settings

4. Please use same settings under Out Going Server Tab


Click on the Advanced Tab.

5. Please select None for Use the following type of encrypted Connection
